⚠️ IMPORTANT: Account deletion is PERMANENT and CANNOT BE UNDONE.
All your game progress, scores, and data will be lost forever.
📋 What Data We Store About You
- Display Name: Your chosen player name for leaderboards
- User ID: Anonymous identifier for your account
- Game Progress: All levels, scores, and achievements
- Leaderboard Entries: Your rankings and scores
- Friend Referrals: Your referral history and codes
- Purchase Records: In-app purchase history (anonymized)
🗑️ What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:
- ✅ Your display name from our databases
- ✅ All your game progress and scores
- ✅ All leaderboard entries associated with you
- ✅ Your friend referral data
- ✅ Your complete user account record
- ✅ Any stored game preferences or settings
⏱️ Data Retention Timeline
Processing Time: Deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
Complete Removal: Data is permanently erased from our databases within 30 days of your request.
Backup Retention: Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
📝 How to Request Deletion
Step 2: Include Required Information
Your email MUST include:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request - 8Eggs"
- Your Display Name: Exactly as shown in the game
- Confirmation: That you understand this is permanent
- Optional: Your User ID (found in game settings)
Step 3: Wait for Confirmation
We will email you a confirmation within 7 business days once your data has been scheduled for deletion.
❓ Partial Data Deletion
If you only want specific data removed (not your entire account), mention this in your email. We can:
- Remove only your display name from leaderboards
- Delete specific game progress data
- Remove you from friend referral systems
Note: Partial deletion may affect game functionality.
